Springtime Hello, Perfect Blend and a New Toy the Texture Boutique!

Good afternoon everyone.
Im hoping by the time this post goes out I'm all ready for my first class of the year.  Very much looking forward to seeing my lovely ladies again and I have a little treat for them all!
(come back tomorrow and I'll show you)

I wanted to showcase something from the new Spring/Summer catalogue and instantly fell in love with the Springtime Hello Stamp Set ... especially the bee, I think he is SO cute and yes it is a he!
Have you spotted what else is new on this card?  It's the tag - made using a Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, can see me using this one a lot.  There's also another tag punch with sharper corners.

Love the Honeycomb Embossing Folder, could use that with the new Texture Boutique!

Isn't the bee so cute?
Of course I had to add a little something inside the card too!

For the second card I'm using the Perfect Blend Stamp Set.  I have seen so many variations using this set and can see this being a favourite with me.  If you look closely you will be able to see I've used some new Designer Papers from the SAB offer.  If you spend £45 you can have the papers for FREE. (click here to find out more)

Not sure if you can see this clearly but I added some Crystal Effects to the lid of the coffee cup to make it look like plastic.

Yes SEWING!!!!  I'm sure some of my ladies will have a go - if not then it's faux stitching here we come!

I am so excited about the new tool Stampin'Up! have just launched here in the UK.

The new Texture Boutique looks brilliant, it is small, portable and perfect for opening a whole world of texture for your projects.
Buy it now at www.monicagale.stampinup.net

What’s more attractive is the price!! this little beauty only costs £26.95. So if you are an electronic device type of crafter you will love this small investment that will take your projects to that next level.
And if you want to get started on the wonderful world of embossing add to your shopping basket three embossing folders
Buy it now at www.monicagale.stampinup.net.png 1

to take your total spends to £45 which will entitle you to a free SAB item. I mean you could even choose another embossing folder as your freebie.

Sale - A - Bration ...Is Here!!!!!

It's the most wonderful time of the year!
(nope, not Christmas!)

Are you all ready for some really exciting news??
Firstly, it's Sale-a-Bration time!! Many of you already know what that is, but for those of you who don't here it is...

For every £45 you spend in any of the current catalogues, you get to choose one of the items free from the wonderful Sale-a-Bration brochure!

And this year there are some incredible free items from a matching stamp and punch set, a beautiful banner kit to create something fantastic for your home, and there are even 2 digital kits for My Digital Studio!

You can view the full brochure here or by clicking on the link in my sidebar.

Ok, I said there was lots of great news right? Well....

The brand new Spring/Summer 2014 catalogue is now also available to order from!

And oh! You are going to L.O.V.E it!!
There are so many beautiful new products in it and ideas for creating wonderful projects, from cards to scrapbooks to stunning home decor! There is most definitely something in there for everyone!

And if this isn't all the good news you could handle, there is more! As it is Sale-a-Bration season, there are also more hostess rewards and more free products for signing up!

*You get £15 extra products in your starter kit, meaning you get £150 worth of products for just £99!

*Host a party with sales of £250+, or even spend £250 yourself, you get an extra £25 of hostess credits!

Wow! It's a lot to take in isn't it? If you would like a paper copy of the catalogues, please contact me and I will be very happy to send you them out at a cost of £1.50 (inc. first class p&p). I always find that it is so much nicer to curl up with a cuppa, a biscuit, and leaf through a physical copy and mark off the items I want/need!

I will be back later with a card made using one of the stunning new Designer Series papers from the Spring/Summer catalogue.
In the meantime, enjoy flicking through the links on my sidebar!

Home Sweet Home

Good afternoon everyone.
Hope you all had an enjoyable weekend?  I certainly did compared to last weekend!

Did a lovely ride on my new road bike with Mike who also has new bike.  Not sure if we're foolish or not but we've signed up with our son to do the London Sports Relief bike ride...we've opted for the 20 miles as opposed to 50! Brad is a very good cyclist, definitely think we will slow him down considerably.

Just before Christmas one of my Nieces Rachel moved into a new home in London with her boyfriend Tom.  I have to say I trawled through my Stampin'Up stamps and couldn't find one that said 'welcome to your new home', so not sure if in America (where SU was born) they do not give 'New Home' cards, maybe you know?
Anyway back to the card.  I used the Silhouette Cameo again for the outline of the card and the writing on the front. the used the Woodgrain Stamp on top with the Hopeful Thoughts set on the side of the house.  I also had some of the matching material left which I added to make curtains.
Hope you like it?
And Rachel and Tom much love and happiness in your new home together. x
